I e-mailed dogtra for information about their 175NCP shock collar and part of the info was that the collar was not to be used on humans. My question is if the collar is not safe for humans how can it be safe for dogs?

I haven't looked at their collars, but that could be just a standard disclaimer to keep from being sued over some idiot using to abuse their children, spouse, or someone else unfortunate enough to fall under their thumb. Or to keep from being sued because some idiot frat kids used it for freshman rush.
