Dog owners that make me happy

Well, today I was at the park and for the first time in a WHILE I saw this guy REALLY PLAYING with his dog.

I don't mean sitting on a bench throwing a ball, or watching their dog play..

I mean full on running, split faced grin, laughing, baby voicing, PLAY. He had a boxer who was running full tilt with an empty water bottle in his mouth and he was chasing him and both owner and dog were COVERED IN MUD LOL and it just really made me smile.
In fact, a few dog owners got up and started playing with their dogs.

Sometimes I feel like I get way too caught up in what people are feeding, training, doing, vaccinating etc.. and forget what makes someone a GOOD dog owners in my eyes really.
and I think I saw it today lol

That is great to see and refreshing! A few weeks ago in the park where we did Zumba class I saw this guy playing fetch with his dog, and they were both SO happy.. it was so sweet.

I feel that way about all living beings. You are supposed to enjoy the company you share. Have a laugh. Have fun! I love my dog. I love playing with him. It makes me so happy to watch him frolic and play and i quite often can't contain myself and have to join in too.

...To having a Boxer. It seriously brings out the play in you. Harlow and I play hide and seek behind trees and chase ALL THE TIME.

It is seriously awesome when you see someone actively involved in playing with their dog. I feel like sometimes I get too involved in making sure they are the perfect citizen and forget to enjoy them.

Ryan my boyfriend would make you smile then. Last night at the conservation as we were walking back to the truck he was far up ahead with Blaze still offleash. I was slowly walking solo back on his leash. After a swim blaze always goes and rolls int he grass near the parking lot. They went up the trail and it bends so I lost sight of them, as I rounded the bend. I caught both laying int he grass, Blaze rolling and Ryan laying next to him getting him to wreastle him lol. I was thinking thank god no one can see how crazy he looks. But I guess if you put it the way you see it fran it did look great. They both were having a great time. Solo was upset he missed out. But he needs to be leashed near the parking lot so he couldnt be unleashed there to join in lol

Ryan made fn of me a few weeks ago. I came home from getting a mani and pedi. And said ok lets take them out to the park. Here I just spent 70 bucks on my nails. we get to the park. And I climb in the creek with them to through sticks and play. I left soaking wet and covered in mud. In the morning I was a diva getting my nails done and by lunch I was filthy all over again lol
