Hi, My brother in law passed away in accident on Tuesday. He had a 1 year old German shorthaired Pointer. The dog immediately bonded with his owners brother, my husband and it was obvious the dog had to be rehomed with us. We already have a female Doberman age 4, female dachsund 9, and male chihuahua 11. I am trying to find ways to get them acclimated, my doberman is terrified of him and staying under my feet, the chihuahua has already snipped at him, and the dachsund (pack leader) well she’s not to worried but doesn’t have anything to do with him. The GSP just wants to play and our 3 want nothing to do with him.
