Living with someone and loving it. It's only been 2 months (less than I think actually), but I finally feel like I am HOME. Not just sharing a house :)

I'd never live with my parents again.

Loved my last landlord/housemate. One before that was a nightmare.

I have considered living alone too, but couldn't afford it.

No way would I want to live along. I'm kind of experiencing it right now and I absolutely HATE it! Not only is it lonely, it is so boring.

I've spent more time at my pastor's house the past few weeks than I have the 4 years they've been here :p I'm so thankful they've opened their home to let me hang out while my parents are gone - I honestly don't know what I'd do if not... I'd probably be insane! I love it at their house and love them :)

They've been gone for 1 month and I've got a month left.

I haven't had any real experience living alone, but the few times I've been alone for a little bit, I liked it, but didn't love it. It was nice to do whatever I wanted, but I had a bit of trouble falling asleep some nights.
I am definitely ready to move out of my parent's home, but I'm glad I'll have the company of my boyfriend and his brother. Playing board games, or watching shows together in the evening is the best.

I live at home with my mom. There are some things I like about it, and some things I don't.

Living at home, rent-free has put me in a much better position financially then I would be if I was living by myself or with roommates - I'm able to pay my car insurance and phone bill, pay for school, and put money into savings instead of spending it all on rent and utilities. The dogs get much more attention and exercise, too - we're both out of the house about 40 hours a week, but we often work opposite days or overlapping times, so they're not home alone for 9-10 hours a day, five days a week like they would be if I lived alone.

However, there are things I absolutely don't like. I very much need my alone time, and its hard to get that when there's another person in the house that constantly wants to talk to you. I'm naturally very neat and organized, she's naturally very cluttered, so I feel like I'm constantly cleaning as messes are made in front of me. There are certain areas of the house that I've given up on (like the kitchen table, and the spare bedroom), because I'll clean them, and they're messy within 24 hours. It's extremely frustrating. She also insists that I'm quiet when she's sleeping in the evening(understandable), but she has no problem blasting the TV or the radio when I'm sleeping in the morning.

I will be continuing to live there until I'm done with college and can afford somewhere to live on my own.

I've never lived alone, and never want to now that I have my husband. Although if my options were "live alone" or "move back home", omg, that's a no brainer. I will never live under my parents' room or with my sister ever again.

At home
College (with roommates)
Rented a house (with roommates)
Got married

It was a nice progression.

I live alone and love it very much. I get really irritated with family after a few days. Having to move back in with family after college sucked. I enjoyed my college room mates though and wouldn't mind roomies if I could find awesome people like them. I would not ever move back in with my family. Ever. Too much stress (4 teenage siblings/step-siblings) and I love my freedom.

I'm not home that often either. I'm out doing something most the time.

I also like being able to walk around naked without anyone caring and also not worrying about if my room is neat and tidy. I like not having to worry about my dog misbehaving or being too loud. Living with Mia and family gets a little stressful because their idea of a 'good dog' is a dog that is quiet and calm all the time. She is not that dog and we've had many arguments over it. and their dog 'training' methods I don't like.

I like my arrangement now. I'm 6 miles away from my family. Can go there for a nice meal or hang out for a day and then come home to my peace and quiet and solitude.

And I should add that I LOVE my family a lot and we are very very close, especially my two sisters. But we do better not having to see each other 24/7. lol

Right now I live with my husband and children and I love it, but I do look forward to it being just the two of us.

I can honestly say I do not know what it's like to live alone, I never have. It's incredible to me, and I've never thought of it before now, but I have never ever lived alone! I went from my parent's home (complete with siblings) to my own apartment as a single mom.

I really don't think I'd like living all alone. I enjoy quiet time when everyone is off doing their own thing and I'm here alone, but to be all alone for more than a day or two? Nah, I think the novelty would wear thin for me very fast. Growing up with 4 siblings and then raising 5 children, I doubt I'd know what to do in a home all alone..........no constant noise? No bathroom hogging? No mess but my own to pick up? LOL
