Anyone have one? I'm looking to detox after Xmas, I feel rotten! Googled some, but they look a bit hard to follow. I want something practical as I work, and with ingredients that are readily available and some I can prepare in advance. Ideally want something with breakfast, lunch and tea with snacks. If I'm hungry I will not complete it, I have big appetite! I do not want to plan my own, but I will consider mashing up my own daily menus from a few different plans to suit my lifestyle. Looking for 7 to 10 days. Go!
