Cricket's first lake experience (Lots of pics)

I may be taking her again next weekend. My mom wants me to do a few senior portraits of my brother and we figured we'd do the photos out by the lake. If that's the case then I will prob bring Cricket with us so she can go play in the lake again.
HAHA why does that remind me of the Lion King movie? lol. She does look like a hyena though... ESPECIALLY when her hackles are up from head to tail. She really is one of a kind that's for sure.
HAHAHAHA I think I might start calling her that lol... of course not around people who might actually believe that's what she is. I've already had numerous people stop me around here to ask what she is and where can they get one just like her. HAHA. She is seriously the coolest little dog.

I can't remember what kind of harness it is but it clips over her back and has two D rings on the back on either side of the clip that you hook the leash to. I just got it at petco or petsmart or something so it isn't the most amazing quality, but it's been great for her while she's growing.
She's about 19.5 inches high at the shoulders and mostly legs. She's around 25lbs. She's more legs than anything and she has a super long lean body... almost reminds me of some of the different sighthound breeds I've seen. Her body looks more long and lean in person I think than in pictures. Whatever she is though, she's really neat looking

haha that's why I ended up posting so many photos. I couldn't even decide on a favorite. there's even more on my facebook and even MORE on my desktop.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thinks she's prettier in real life. She is so striking in photos, but then I turn and look at her and I can't help but think that photos do no nearly do her any justice.
I'll be honest, I look at photos sometimes of Trav that remind me of Cricket and vice versa too.
and... oh crap... I forgot it said New Mexico. I'm just going to go ahead and change it to Virginia since I'll be back in Virginia probably in a few weeks anyways.

That is a very beautiful lake. Looks like a good experience for first time. Cricket is very cool looking dog!
