The nautilus is a great seat but doesn't do rear facing I believe.

About lugging the kids in the infant seat, really if you're just going to leave the seat in the car most of the time, it's much easier for everyone just to get a convertible seat at that point. Strapping the kids in the infant seats when it was attached to the car was a real pain in the butt.

But yeah, I can't imagine not having an infant seat.

The Nautilus is great. I had Cole sit in it and the Frontier (Britax) when I was buying a new one for him, and the only reason I didn't get that one is because Cole kept telling me that "dis one" is more comfortable for him...the Frontier. But it seems I've got an abnormally large 3-yr-old. LOL

I dont know my due date exactly yet. im only 7 weeks at most and trying to find a dr i like. my stroller goes newborn to 5 or so. its a fancy umbrella. it lays down has a basket. i had to use a system stroller and i almost threw it under the disney train. we have decided to get a infant seat.
Oh, well that works. I didnt realize umbrella strollers could be that advanced. lol.
