ok, so the hotdog contest in now in voting. How about a 3rd?
How about opening a toy box?
I'd say yes but I don't have a toy box with a lid. Or any box with a lid for that matter.. actually I do have a carboard box with a lid. Would that count?
Hmmm . . . some ideas:
Get a tissue
Answer the phone
How about turning a light switch off and on?
Do a small painting? (Lol I was watching greatest american dog!)
I think anything that was box with a lid would count... The only problem I can really think of is a weight issue.
And the light switch would be a cool idea too! I'm just wondering if it's too high up for people with smaller dogs?
Oh I like the tissue or light switch idea! People with the smaller dogs would have to come up with some very creative ways for their little ones to get to the light switch.
Just remember whatever is chosen must be small and large dog friendly or adaptable. Like with the toy box thing, small dogs might not be able to reach/lift the lid BUT if skKi said, if we can use a cardboard box, that would adapt it to smaller dogs as well.
to add to the bag of tricks, push a ball into a goal ( net, sideways box, between two cones etc.) see now we have a trick reserve shall we go in order of tricks posted? Keep them coming, the more tricks the better!
we can also do a trick where there are 2 boxes, each with it's own stuffed animal, and the dog has to switch the stuffed animals... or 2 boxes and 1 stuffed animal and the dog has to take it out of one box and put it in the other box.
