No cloned dog for me either!!!! I love Gus but when the time comes I will except the fact that he can't live forever, it will be very hard. But that's life! the thing about cloning is, where do you draw the line?! Where will it all end?!!

time magazine did a report on genetics and they had a rabbit that glowed in the dark..wish i had the issue to post but i saw it at the doc's office.

I would never ever have a dog cloned Never! Gapeach is right about adopting from a shelter.

Never! The dog would look the same, but would'nt have the same personality, or anything else. Having the same phenotype (appearance) is as far as cloning goes. There are already too many homeless dogs. Get one of them. No body needs to be bringing more dogs into the world. If you have a purebred german shephard, adopt one that looks like it. Id would be the same as cloning. It would look nearly the same, and would'nt know you or act the same like a clone would. Its like the lady that paid oddles of money to have her cat cloned. Why? Its not your cat. It just looks like it.

It wouldn't be the same. I'd rather have the scientists find a way for my dogs to live longer and stay young rather than keep on cloning them. That way I can stay with my pets longer. BUT bringing a new dog into the house is always a joy.

I watched the movie for the first time when I was about 9,I had nightmares for long time. Stupid mom of friend let us watch it, my mom could have strangled her!
