I recently got a free sample of Charlee Bear egg and cheese dog treats. I have never heard of them before (but ofcourse my boss claims they are REALLY HEALTHY). They have a website (charleebear.com) that I checked on today. The treats seem ok, fairly healthy for my dogs. The dogs seem to like them A LOT but they'll eat just about anything. Does anyone else feed their dogs these for treats?

Yeah my Mack and my husky Shelby are too big for them, it's like the size of a piece of their kibble. But they are good for our lab puppy Hannah (I use them for training her as well).

Good, I'm glad to hear that other people use them too. I don't know where to find them though. We got free samples at my work but my boss said that we won't be carrying them because of cost. Are they at regular pet stores or would I have to go somewhere special?

Our local Trader Joe's has them, and recently I've seen them at Petco and PetSmart. It's easier for me to get them at TJ's though, since we do most of our grocery shopping there :).

I never heard of it either but we got free samples in a shipment of stuff from my work and my boss knows that I was looking for small "training size" dog treats for my lab puppy so she gave me the sample bags that they got.

slightly off topic, but if anyone is looking for really small training treats, check out www.liverbiscotti.com - they are great and my dog goes nuts for them. they are quite a bit smaller than the charlee bears, so they work great for clicker training. a handfull of them is over 50 pieces.

maybe I will try those for my dogs too. The only dog I am really concentrating on training right now is my lab puppy. I have the other two basically right where I want them training wise. Although I still work with them atleast half an hour a day. I do four fifteen minutes sessions daily with my lab puppy Hannah.

try petsmart if there is one around you. My friend got her dog some and that is where she said she found them. I have seen them at a few other stores around where I live though too (I never even noticed them before but the store I buy my dog food from says they have had them in for awhile).
