That's what I felt like when I left the clinic. Like a part of me was incomplete.

Tonight I applied to be an instructor at a veterinary technician school... I think that might be "my thing." Combining teaching with animals...? We'll see I guess.

Good luck on your search!
See that might be fun! And funny.

I have not completely sworn off children but I know that, for the moment, 3 and 4 year olds are definitely not my age group. IMO it takes experience to be able to work well with them, and surprisingly no experience was needed for this job... but you need experience to work with the school-age kids in the before/after school program... go figure. It's a crazy age! I even told the teacher that working there for 5 hours would leave me completely exhausted and drained, but I didn't have that problem when I worked 11 hours at the clinic.

And I might ask Lucy's groomer if she ever needs help with anything, especially now with the holidays coming up. Meh, who knows.

You should come teach at my school! I guarantee you'd be more qualified than the majority of the instructors. And you being there would make it much less horrible for me to go there.

(Disregarding the fact, of course, that my school sucks in all ways and you'd hate it.)
