See the problem isn't getting to sleep, it's staying asleep without waking up screaming....the nightmares.

Oh. I guess I cant be of much help there. Last time I remember having a dream, I was taming a tiger...and we were water color paintings just moving around. But that was like 3 years ago....if you dont count the terrible nightmare I had of being chased by an upright walking bison in Arabia through the market.

Gladly! You never know the sheer terror of being chased down by a buffalo type creature while youre wearing what I remember to be a tablecloth. I remember waking up in a cold sweat from that one.
