Boo enjoyed a few days of hiking and camping and has pictures to show for it.

First, before the trip.

and then we headed out. There were some amazing views.

we headed out on a hike to an overlook. Boo was a good girl.
**FYI, Boo was never closer than 5 or 6 feet from the actual edge.**

back at the camp, hanging out by the car.

and just a few more random ones.

Boo came stream fishing with us. She splashed around in the stream a bit and enjoyed the sights. I took her across the stream, and at one point she discovered that her feet were no longer touching the ground. She thrashed her way to the other bank, but looked very proud once she made it! :rofl1:

and this one is interesting. I was experimenting with a very long shutter speed (over 1 second) and only the light of he moon. Look what I "drew"!

Done!

that's all!

Thanks. :) The moon/star picture was taken by setting my camera to a shutter speed of roughly 1.25 seconds, and then moving the tip of the camera in a star pattern once the shutter was pushed. Because it was dark out except for the light of the moon, the moon "traced" the pattern as the camera moved.

The rock that we hiked to was called humpback rock. We were in southern VA mostly. :)
