I hesitate to even post this because I know what will follow it: a long stream of gross invective. But I'm posting because I wanted to be polite to the vast majority of people, lurkers and posters, who have undoubtedly come across my posts over the years. I enjoyed our conversations very much, and I'm sorry to be leaving. This used to be a fairly nice forum. There were different opinions and different styles/sense of humor, and everyone got along pretty well even when there were misunderstandings and conflicts. Slowly, though, this has changed. I have hung in there as I enjoyed this place very much in the past, had very satisfactory and mutually enjoyable conversations with people on various topics. But I am not going to deal any further with moderators who respond to me in the following way, so I will be going.
I realize it's unPC to post PM's, but this is such a personal, crude letter it needs to be seen. It shocked me. I have been sharp with people, I have responded to passive-aggressive BS insults with the same, and I have disagreed with people. I have never insulted someone in this manner. It's disgraceful for a moderator to behave in this way.

I've been busy for the most part, and have sat in the shadows mostly, but you're definitely a pain the in ass Casa. I rarely get emails on reported posts, and they always seem to be by you or about you. And since you drew attention to yourself by reporting Renees post so that I could see it, I'd just like to say this:Life can be a bitch, so can any given person on any given day, and seeing as how its normally you being the bitch... just shut up and deal with it. This forum has no room for someone who cant eat their own dogfood. If you decide to report one more post of someone getting heated in a thread that you already know is going to get heated... and you stupidly decided to join in anyhow (stupidly since you obviously don't want to deal with the heat, only produce it with immunity)... I'll personally give you a timeout. Report that.

First off, I - and the rest of the moderators - do our very best to put what you may or may not have said "years" ago completely out of conscious memory. We remember the tone of the majority of your posts, but it's difficult not to, as it is consistently viperish. …It's gone on long enough, and I and ALL the other moderators are heartily fed up with your pettiness and general bitchery and poisonous posts so carefully worded as to just skirt the very loose boundaries of civility enjoyed by most here. Consider this a warning and a promise: if you continue to be a cancer in the community here, I won't hesitate to excise you, that is, if one of the other mods doesn't beat me to it.
