Um. I'm not sure what you're asking. We can't suggest breeds if we can't see the dogs. ;)

I believe they're asking if they can take their dogs to someone and have their breeds identified.

I wouldn't suggest a shelter/rescue they're well known for getting breeds wrong and vets aren't any better (actually usually they're worse LOL). I'd get some photos of them put on CD (at a photo store) and put the pictures online. You an also use scanners at places like public libraries.

Other than that you might have to find someone who shows dogs who might be able to meet you in person and try to figure it out.

Cass.

Tucker was that even called for?

I was asking due to i do not have a scanner to upload my pictures to this forum. Is there a place where i can take my pictures to were they may know what the dogs breeds are due to they have passed away.

But the libraries where i live do not have a scanner.

The 'lol' was a bad idea; whatever Tucker's intentions were, it makes it seem like she's laughing at the person. I hate emoticons, but a smiley face is probably a better bet in situations like that.

To OP: I think browsing a dog show might be helpful. There's nothing like seeing breeds in action to suggest the action and details of a mix.

I think that if you browse around some local pet shops and dog shows, you'll be able to see the resembalance in your dogs.

However, I must disagree to those who think vet's misinterpret things. At the clinic where I work at, we use bloodtests, not only visual annalysis, to identify dog breeds.

However, once I brought in a corgi puppy, and without even asking me, wrote down " Dachund / Terrier Cross" . It honestly depends on the clinic itself.
