Which show on Animal Planet do you like better, Breed All About It or Dogs 101?

For those who don't know: BAAI was a show that was originally on during the 1990's and still runs repeats on the weekends and would feature a dog breed, telling you about the dogs health, temperment, history, etc. They would also feature stories about people who owned a dog of that certain breed. Dogs 101 came out this year and shows multiple breeds with facts about them.

I like Dogs101.. its alot newer. and more about THE BREED (common health risks,personality, activity level) and advice from famous vets, dog trainer, ect..,

breed all about it is more about individual dogs, its cute but its kinda outdated

Breed All About It used to be one of my favorite shows, haven't seen it in a while.

That's My Baby was a favorite until I realized they tended to showcase BYB's.

yaa animal planet got a lot of complaints over that show, because they said it encouraged people to breed pets. so the show is off air. it used to be one of my favorites 2

Yeah, I was horrified when they had a show about a guy that was breeding his mare so the the kids could experience "the miracle of birth." Like there aren't enough unwanted horses out there--buy the kids a birthing video and leave the mare UNBRED!

I agree. Im not a huge fan of Dogs 101. But have loved Breed All About It since Animal Planet became a channel. Im pretty loyal to it.

Oooh, and also, Dogs 101 has featured some REALLY awful BYBs.

I'm not that impressed with Dogs 101... lots of generalizations, and not even that much info on the breeds, being as they cram several into one episode. I also don't really like most of the "experts" that talk about the breeds. That annoying guy from Groomer Has It always puts in his commentary. It's like, WOW, you are a groomer... that doesn't make you an expert on dog breeds.

I miss Breed All About It! =(
