Aequitas:

Probably the prettiest female I've seen in person!

Veritas:

Want one for Christmas? ;)

I'll have to get pictures of the girls. The HM male shredded his tail and the orange guy hasn't changed at all.
Yes, but we live in a terrible house for any creature that requires a stable temperature. It's 90* in the summer and 55-60* in the winter. On top of that, no good place to keep a tank, but I've been keeping my eyes out for a good fish-keeping spot

that would solve the "we don't believe in heat or AC" problem, but the "itty bitty house" problem is still there

I know, Julee, you just buy them for me and take pictures. Then the world is happy

I caved and bought a red and blue male at petco a couple weeks ago, used to have a blue male for about four years but have been betta-less a couple years. Set him up in a 7.5 gallon cube, took him a few days to get used to the room and flow but now he is eating well and swimming all over.

Pictures, GP!

We are currently setting up our 15 gallon column tank. Two fancy goldfish are going in it until they need to be upgraded.

Now that everyone has been moved, we're looking at picking up cory cats for each tank. The last one I had died within 12 hours but that's what the quarantine tank is for! Hopefully the male will leave his alone. I've historically not had males go after cories so we'll see!
