I occasionally mix in a 5.5oz. pouch of wet food(Nutro) with my dog's kibble. He loves it. I guess I can buy a full size can, use some and put the rest in the fridge but I like the convenience of the small size pouches.

What is a good quality brand that comes in a small can or pouch? There are many like Purina Little Champions, Ceasar, Mighty Dog, Iams, but I'm wary of the quality.

What do you recommend?

Stay, far far, far away from those you listed!

I know you can get Innove EVO in I think like a 5.5oz can. And you can probable get any other food in some kinda small can like the Innove EVO.

Just look around. :) Check out Pet Food Direct.

I don't recall seeing Nature's Variety but I will look into it. Thanks.

Seconding the Canidae! If you use the small cans rather than opening a big one to store in the fridge, you'll have no problems. We used the large cans and found it dries out after a couple days; if that's what you get into, opt for Eagle Pack instead. It stays moist and awesome!

Well wet food I don't usually buy. Only once in a blue moon have I bought a can of dog food but with all the thinking that this forum has made me do I had a really good scout about the other day and found HiLife pouches! I am no expert (probably someone else here will contradict me) but they seam really good. Minnie has had one today for the first time and loved it.

I just ordered 5.5oz. cans of Canidae from petfooddirect. With shipping, it works out to $1 a can which is cheaper than the other brands I looked at.

Thanks!
