Does anyone know where to get durable, warm, inexpensive (under $20) leggings?

Getting really tired of wearing floor length skirts to church, and need dressy clothes for job interviews, but really despise wearing skirts in general (been assaulted one too many times in one). I'm hoping that leggings will feel more like pants, and this will lead me to be less anxious when I need to dress up.

I've got three sweater dresses that I LOVE. They're super warm and comfortable, and have short sleeves so I can do dishes, art, and change diapers in them without fighting sleeves and getting mess on me. Around the house I'll just wear them with jeans because who cares, but it would be nice if they could double as dressy clothes too.

Mine are from Wolford - pricey at $60 plus a pair for the really warm ones - but they're super comfy, incredibly durable, and just last forever provided you take care not to put runs in them lol. I have a pair that I still use in the winters from 3 years ago - it hasn't let up abit yet. well worth a try!

What about Victoria's Secret/a local lingerie store? they'd probably have decent leggings as well for alot less if you want alot of pairs.

Do you have an H&M near you? Comfy, warm, durable and not pricey. I think about 10-15€ a pair, if you get the better ones. :)

We don't have a Wolford's, but will definitely check out Victoria's Secret. I always think of them as having gauzy/not warm things, lol. They should be getting in some fall winter things soon.

    ETA: no H&M either, darn!

Though I'm not sure how quickly they can get them to you, I think they have them though.

    Teh shinies! <3

Thank you!!! There's a couple types of bamboo tights that are under twenty, but the wool ones sound amazing. May need to save up for a pair of those.

I absolutely LOVE sockdreams. They have the most fantastic thigh high wool socks ever. And they really are good about getting them out quickly. :D
