Best Grain Free for the Price?

Enzo's been on the Prairie and Pacific Stream, I switch the the PS because she was having some dry skin issues, but I'm not sure if it was the weather, the food or being bathed too much since we have been going to the pasture a LOT and a dog covered in wet horse poo and pond scum needs baths frequently.

She loves both of them equally, and I've been supplementing her with fish oil pills and giving her coat conditioner treatments after a bath, and her skin has cleared up.

I switched her off of Natural Balance because she was loosing weight on it, and TOTW has more kcals than what she was getting. She's maintaining her weight now, and I haven't had a problem on it.


Her bag is the 20 pound bag I think (the smaller one, but not the smallest) and it's 22 dollars at tractor supply and lasts about a month or so. She gets anywhere from two to three cups a day.

My big girls are on TOTW, currently we're using wetlands but I may try the new lamb formula. They do great on it, both get two cups a day and a bag lasts us about a month.

We feed TOTW here as well and all 6 do well on it. We didn't pick by cost..originally it was a food that Aesop liked and didn't give him digestive upsets. That everyone did well and it wasn't horribly expensive was just a bonus We get ours at the feed store.

We fed the Pacific Stream variety for over a year with good results. Currently feeding the new lamb variety as Aesop has decided lamb is all that's right about the world

a 15 lb bag lasts our 6 about 2 - 2 1/2 weeks. But that's with a growing puppy
