We were discussing the differences in dogs around the world and I put together a few pics of paps in other countries. All are Ch titled in their country. Not too much variation imo, but I can tell differences.

The bigger lines are English, American, Japanese and Swedish/Finnish/Belgian. The Japanese dogs look like Swedish dogs because their lines are essentially entirely Swedish. I tried to pick dogs that were pretty average looking as far as American champs go and have no imported blood.

Probably boring to everyone but me, but I find it interesting. Anyone else feel like sharing?

This is a good thread.

The english papillon lines ears look smaller.

The first different lines in breeds they come to my mind are:

Great Dane lines so different they look like 2 differnt breeds.

american, light bones and muscles, almost a sight hund look.

European lines, heavy boned, square and big head whit huge cheeks and wrinkles.

Shorther legs than the americans, more mastiff type.
