Arghhhh forgot to thaw the Thanksgiving Turkey!!

    We've always thawed meat at room temperature or in warm water. Never gotten any kind of food poisoning that I'm aware of.

    Thawing at room temp is my favorite defrost method. I don't see the harm unless you get the meat get too warm.

    Sorry was crazy last night, it was AWESOME one of the best turkeys we've ever had, super moist!!!
