For serious I have a co-worker who is also a good friend of mine, who has made the decision to re-home her Doberman, she has put a lot of time and effort in this dog. But both her and her husband (who is also my back-up manager) work weird hours and literally don't have the time for her. I've helped with training tips and directed them to trainers as well. They did make the effort and again they think it's in her better interest to find someone who has the time for her.
