i dont know much about Rottie lines, but I see titles.. lol thats definately a must in a pedigree for show pups! :)

I have a question though, what does "V-1" mean?
and I have forgotten what the BISS mean.

V is the excellent rating at an FCI style show.

V-1 indicates a V rating along with a class win.

BISS is Best In Specialty Show.

I also really like the health testing background on this dog. My bitch needs help with her elbow background, and he is VERY strong in that area.

She won't be 2 until July 28th. At that time, I will have her final hip and elbow films done, and also a doppler echocardiography, along with bringing her CERF current.

I plan to finish her AKC CH title beforehand, and also at least her Rally Novice title. I'd like to have her AKC CD title before I breed her as well. She is coming along nicely with her work, and should be ready to trial for her RN title later this spring.

If my calculations hold true, she should be in season in November for January 07 puppies. :D

And you can believe there will be a picture avalanche. LOL

bubbatd, I have 7 gens of it, but the pedigree generator won't show that many. :D

Penny's breeder and I are making plans to see this young dog and go over him, but barring anything really wierd or unforeseen, Penny will be visiting CH Apollonia Anything Goes late this year.

This will be a loose line breeding on Full Moon's As Good As It Gets. Phil is strong for topline and type, especially head type, altho I might bring in more of the round eye on some puppies. Phil goes back directly to 2 dogs who were strong for great topline and beautiful type, CH Vom Sonnenhouse Kruggerand, and Belg. CH Grave Kapenborgh.

Axel offers lovely color, nice angles front and rear, beautiful type, very nice movement, correct eye shape, and a nearly flawless health testing background. He is particularly strong for elbows, having all normal parents AND grandparents, along with 2 normal great grand parents. This is important because as you all know, Penny has one elbow DJD Grade 1, and her side of the pedigree is NOT strong for elbows.

Axel's dam is very strong for topline.

If everything goes according to plan, I will probably have January puppies.

I should get gorgeous type and color, improvement in topline, eye shape, front and rear angles, mouth color and earset, beautiful movement, bone and heads.

Some puppies may have a soft topline, or a croup set like Penny's, or a rounder eye. I could also see heads that are not so great, or color that could be richer. Those puppies might be graded as pets and placed in working homes, depending on the severity of the fault and the quality of the rest of the puppy.

:D

I'm very excited about it, as you can probably tell. LOL
