Our wirehaired fox terrier Toorak very surprisingly at the age of 14 succeeded in siring a litter with another pure-bred wiry to whom he was introduced; and his three-month-old daughter, Fille has come to live with us. They get on very well together, but keeps making passes - she gives him a belt round the ear, and he desists for about five seconds, but is then followimng her around again, his nose attached to her as with super-glue. The vet says 'Get her de-sexed as quickly as possible' - but we would rather like to breed from her, later. I'm hoping he'll just get bored with rejection, but . . . Any advice welcome! Best wishes from Sydney, Derek.
