It says it's best that she doesn't go to a home with children, cats, other dogs. So that is something to take into consideration too.

At least she was given to a shelter instead of tossed out in the country. We found an elderly Brittany wandering down the road when we first bought our property. Vet said she was in her late teens and had heart problems. My neighbor took her (we didn't have the space for another dog) and she passed away a couple of months later.

I seriously want her.... I doubt they'd adopt to me with my crew though. Shamoo is another who was left by an owner not unwilling but unable to care for her at 10 years old. I hope it's that... is the 21 years confirmed or a shelter guess?

If she was near me, I'd take her in a heartbeat. I might even go and get her-- but Texas to Michigan is a little far for her to travel safely, though...

From what I understand, 21 is what the owners told the shelter when they surrendered her.

I meant when I posted I was coming for her, haha. I sent in an inquiry offering to put in an application and that I would pick her up when I got tagged in it the other day, but didn't hear any thing back (assuming since I'm definitely not local) but Lance was not opposed to bringing home a 21 year old dog since her time would likely be short. I noticed her page is gone as well so hopefully someone picked her up so she could live out the rest of her days.
