So even if I leave work and go STRAIGHT to the gym, grab a towel and march directly to the cycling room... I STILL can't get one of the good bikes for the 5:30 start time.
Don't these people work?! Seriously. I hate the 5:30 start and hope they go back to 5:40 next schedule.
I was irritated so I just took my towel and went to do BodyPump instead. AND I got to set up my bench in the front of the room even. FINE you New Years Resolution making good bike nabbing non-working PUNKS... I'll go lift weights instead.
This was not exactly my brightest idea ever since I'm quite sore from yesterday. During almost half the chest track I was thinking "ow. ow. ow. ow." Triceps track wasn't any easier.
BUT I STILL DID IT.

Tonight at fit club we did two butt lift workouts. The first one was good but it seemed to end so quickly. I was invested in a longer workout lol so I was kinda bummed it ended so fast... So we did an extra one lol
Woohoo. I can definitely feel my endurance building.
Feeling a bit better, I've been all sorts of crazy for the past two weeks or so.

Well, today is not a "weigh-in" day, but I hopped on the scale anyway. 268.4. So another pound and a half down. Official weigh-in is Friday morning.
... all bets are off.
lol not really, I am going to keep up with my eating habits
BUT I am not forcing myself to exercise.
So I will likely backslide a bit this week

Holy cow. Finished 25 sit ups, 7 push ups, 25 second plank. 30 minutes of Turbo Jam Booty sculpt with Abs and the Turbo Jam 20 minute workout. Sweat rarely runs down my face but it is today lol The booty sculpt was killing me after Last nights Brazil Butt lift workouts.
I had a cupcake and a pizza slice at lunch today... well SCREW YOU Pizza slice and cupcake... I just worked you off lol
Go... NOW. I hope you are lacing up your shoes this very second if not already out the door.

Yep! Go put your shoes on. Just get up and put your shoes on. After that, just go to the door. Just go outside. Just go down to the end of the driveway and touch the road... just touch it.
Once you're there you can decide if you want to go for a run or come back inside or not.
(Hint: once you're there, you're going to decide to go for a run, because you're already there.)
putting the clothes and shoes on is the first step. I don't know about you but once I get my tights and my shoes on.. I've gotta do something awesome in them

Going to cook at home with healthy foods instead of eating out all the time. It's also going to help me save for my 5 week vacation in Asia this year Plan for that is to save $7000-8000 by July.

I left the house 15 mins ago.
I ran flat out as fast as I could go (that's what being p1ssed does to you. You run til you want to pass out). Anyways I ran 1.2 miles in 8 mins. Fastest I've ever ran a mile. I need to run 1.5 miles in less than 15 mins. I only ran 1.2 cause that's just a quick run down I drew out late last night and that's was my pass out point lol
Tomorrow a 1.5 mile will be ran.
