I can't believe they are honoring the sales. I will book mark and order from them in the future because of it, though. They really could have just cancelled all of them. I can't imagine what it cost them.

If you call the customer service line, they say the same. I shared it on FB and a lot of people ordered, and another called when they got an processing error on one of their two orders- PetcareRX had to order MORE food to cover the already existing orders.

I felt kind of bad.. but then I got home and all my food was here.

Definitely this! My food's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. This place has my super impressed customer-service wise. I've had food orders cancelled on me before due to pricing errors (and nothing as significant as this! We're talking maybe $5-$10 off on a large bag, tops).

lol it's a great feed, really, it's just too expensive normally. Now I hope mine doesn't show while I'm gone this weekend, free food for the neighborhood. :-/

I called Monday morning when they opened to cancel ONE of my bags. Customer service rep said that's fine, I'll cancel one bag and everything will be good!

Not. They canceled my WHOLE ORDER! So now they will only send me 4 bags of the Now GF food, because the other formula is on back order. YOU CANCELED MY WHOLE ORDER. And they won't even give me 4 more bags of the one they are sending and have in stock (to replace the 4 that are on back order).

Not happy.

Not saying they haven't been nice, not at all. I'll still order from them in the future. The problem is, I took that extra bag out of my cart before I checked out. Then after I put in my payment, shipping, etc, in and hit 'check out' they added that bag into the total they charged my card. Some type of website mess up I guess.

I've always had the best results on Go! or Now and Acana. We still have Acana left, so gonna finish that... then feed the Go! I actually got the GF Senior formula, I liked the protein/fat ratios better for Jackson. The good thing about owning a small dog tho... I'll probably still rotate between it & Acana. The price sucks but it's not too bad when a 6lb bag lasts us over a month :rofl1: He eats like at MOST 2/3 cup per day lol. Usually 1/2.

Our Pet Valu sells both now which is great, it's like 5 mins from my house. The Go GF is like $23 for 6lbs and Acana is like $16.99 for 5lbs.

It's why my dogs are on Fromm.... Fromm Gold to be exact, I scoff at the prices of the four star formulas. :p

My food arrived today but good God the boxes looked like they had taken a beating. Good thing there was nothing fragile in them because they were all smashed and ripping open. I like seeing my 6 bags all neatly piled in the garage. Reminds me of how much I won't have to spend on dog food now. :)

Glad it wasn't just mine! Not that it matters really, and boy am I glad to see all that food, too!
