Australian Australian Kelpies or US Australian Kelpies?

Agreed this is why I was saying getting a "working Kelpie" may not be suited best for agility, many breeders are only wanting to sell to people who will be using their dogs on ranches, others don't care. Kelpies are very smart dogs, even though Bria is not yet 3 months we do have Bo who is a...

Australian Australian Kelpies or US Australian Kelpies?

Working Kelpie Info Hey there what would the Kelpie be used in? I know that you say you would like a dog with lots of drive if you are using the dog for agility getting from working lines probably would not be a good idea, if you are using the dog for sheep herding trails that would be a...

Thats great I am glad there are some more Kelpies on here! These dogs are both from working lines (cattle specifically, not sheep) Bo (my boyfriends male) is used on his ranch and on community pasture, Bria will be used in Stock Dog Club, and then used on the ranch.

Yes for sure my boyfriend has a Kelpie as well he is a year and a half from the same breeder as Bria, but different bloodlines I am going to do a thread on Kelpies because they are not a popular/ common breed (minus in Australia), and add a little more info about both our dogs.

Hi I'm Megan I'm close friends with Hayley, and I have a brand knew Kelpie puppy named Bria! I don't have many pictures of her as we just got her from the breeder on Sunday, and my boyfriend isn't exactly a photographer, so the quality is not great, more will be coming soon!
