Welcome aboard! We have a Great Dane that just turned 1 years old in May. They are supposedly the same way but only until about 18 months. He is pretty lazy accept for the occasional zoomie around the dining table.

Lets see......Could someone confirm that the use of Pumpkin (maybe a tablespoon) might help this problem. I would say for long term though you might consider changing dry foods. What are you feeding currently? It sounds like there is something in the diet that isn't agreeing with the stomach...

I thought part Chow right away. That's horrible that you have to find him another home! Have you at least asked your parents? If they know how much you LOVE him than they just might take care of him temporarily. Do you get to come home weekends? How far is college?

We do the same thing! :D In fact, I just had one of my clients buy one for her grandchildren to rest on while watching movies at their beach house. :p
