Before we take it back to the vet we're going to try a raw diet as it seems when he was on Orijen/raw lamb his ears were doing the best. It was just casual observation so I'm not positive. But we'll see how it goes. If the raw diet and an aggressive ear cleaning regimen doesn't solve it...
