never had trouble like this before. trained lots of dogs. he is a puggle, pug and beagle mix....not sure why he is acting out this way...

we resused him from a shelter. he is 3 to 4 mos. the crate is small but not too small. yes he is on a shcedule. take him out every 20 min. before and after eating. as soon as he gets up.
