Agree with the first sentence. The McDonalds comparison seems pretty silly though. I doubt if dogs develop problems like high cholesterol from Purina. It may not be the absolute best but it obviously works for a lot of dogs - I say go with whatever works.

I'd be curious to see where you got this information. I've had many discussions with several different vet dermatologists (including 2 at different universities) and they've told me that environmental allergy is much more common than food or vaccine allergies. Vaccines kinda don't even make...
