There is so many places to shop around on the net, I think the best way to get a better deal is by shopping around with different vendors and see which one has met your criteria, some of them offer better prices but their shipping is higher and viceversa.

If you want to get a deal with some providers you MUST negotiate first, DO NOT SIGN UP with the first company, shop around, tell them that other providers are giving you a better deal than theirs. They always want your business, I personally have cable and I love it! Hope this help.
