I'm not a breeder, nor do I want to be. I have my own views on breeding dogs. And I don't think that you HAVE to breed purebreeds to be a "responsible" breeder, but I do think that you have to do all necessary health and temperament tests, have waiting lists, know a crapload about breeding, etc...
