Must love whiskers! Really, other than show dogs that get them trimmed, most pets I know have crazy whiskers. My boy has the same distribution of black and white hairs! I find it adorable. Don't have a good picture of it though.

This is your first dog, really, isn't it? I can't imagine why they'd urge a "newbie" to work with a choke collar. They're a useful tool but NEED to be used correctly to have any affect and not injure the dog. Plus there's plenty of ways to train without one.

Are you feeling sick? I've known dogs to start shadowing their people when they sense something off with them. Neither of mine give a hoot, ever, lol. They only persist on hanging around when they want something (food, walk, play...)

I was helping a friend sort through some old junk over the summer and we found some birthday cards of hers and a couple of checks she never deposited. It amounted to around $300! She was kicking herself lol.
