I was actually in a similar dillema between GSDs and Belgians but then i was so lucky that my girlfriend introduced the Aussies to me 3 years ago...Licus is nearly 2 now, and i can't imagine a life without him.

What a beautiful Aussie and a beautiful story...congratulations.She looks very Aussie,happy and healty. As for the rough play, i am in the exact same situation.I am not a big fan of dog parks anyways but i check it out once a while and it always makes me nervous when he(Licus, my Aussie)...

He is a friend of mine's aussie. Very beautiful. One the largest aussie i have seen so far, on that picture he is only 4 months old...

I never had this problem with my older Aussie Licus when he was a puppy, he would do just fine in the crate, but Jazz, the new puppy is just like you explain...What we do with my girlfriend is to just ignore her so she gives up at the end and feed and threat her in the crate. She is now 14 weeks...
