Both of my chins are pet store chins they don't like to be handle much, but will melt into a puddle for rubs behind their ears and chins. My two chins are more extreme they are very smart for such little guys and stuff they do baffles me.

I see no harm in putting a coat on a dog if it keeps it warm now the dresses is a little too much. I put a coat on Blue for the winter to help him for warmth, but mainly so people see him when we are out a white dog in snow it can hard to pick him out especially if it's snowing hard.
