I would go for the merrick before the nutro. The merrick has veggies and fruit in it. My dog didn't like the nutro as much and gave her pretty bad gas.

My puppy got HORRIBLE gas from the nutro wet food. I stopped giving it to her and gave her some better quality (eagle pack, canidae, innova) and it has stopped completely

When I was a kid we had a smallish ( 20 pound) mix dog and he got into a whole bag of hershey kisses. I thought he would have at least got sick, but nothing happened. Poop and everything was normal. Still wouldn't want to chance it again though

we have had great results with Eagle pack. Nice shiny coats, small stools, increased energy.

I always thought Timberwolf had better ingredients then Canidae. But I think it all depends on what your dog does better on :)

DO you mean like the Nature's Variety Medallions? I use those for my dog, can I use them for the kitten too?

BlackJack sleeps under my blanket curled up next to my stomach. Zoey sleeps on my bed too, usually next to hubby LOL We do have dog stairs on the bed and I leave a puppy pad out incase they need to potty. It works well for us, no accidents :)

We just got a new kitten and was wondering what brand food you feed your kitten/cat? I know wet food is best, but I was thinking of leaving dry out all the time and giving wet 2-3 times a day since she is just a baby.

My new puppy gets horrible gas on EVO, I switched her to Eagle pack and it has been much much better :)

I was also going to suggest Chicken Soup for the Dog Lovers Soul. Or if you have a Costco club, the kirkland food isn't too bad for a great price.
