I have a chiwawa cocker spaniel, and it doesn't seem to matter what I do she goes to the bathroom in my basement and goes pee on the living room floor. I have a small backyard but there is some grass for her to go on. When we go out for walks she will go outside, but it takes her a long time...

Just seeing how come my profile pic didn't show up. I think my picture of my two puppies was too big. Lets see if this works.
