Gorgeous pup! DH is already so impressed with our red girl that he is already thinking our next dog will also be an ACD. Me? I am just looking forward to surviving puppyhood and not doing it again for several years. :)
I finally got a picture of Rusty while she was actually looking at me and sitting still. Man that seems like such an accomplishment with a very active heeler pup.
Rusty did not bother to actually look at me for a picture during our break after our evening walk. Of course I also didn't try to get her attention either because that always meant puppy in my face and not puppy posing for a picture. :)
Sorry you are going through this. As far as autoimmune disorders, there are many different types if I remember correctly. I went through that with my German shepherd. Get well soon Talon!
Thanks! We do not have any cattle or sheep unfortunately for her to actually work, just horses. But she will hopefully be my future trail companion once she matures.
We picked up Rusty last week. She is an Australian cattle dog (red heeler).
This is one of the first pictures I was sent of her while still at the breeder's at 4 weeks old.
And one from today at 9 weeks old.
