Collar corrections work just fine for mypoodle. He does not get to bark or nip at the other dogs leaving my shop as he is put away (which I stated in my OP). And like I also said in my OP, we have tried to put him away everytime he starts to bark and it has not helped. Thanks for the reply.

I use a comb with a fine side and a course side, but unless the dog has tangles it really doesn't matter what kind of comb you use (fine is better to make sure everything is out). Once they are brushed out you just fluff and scissor.

It doesn't take that long. Of course he is fully bathed and blowdryed completely straight before scissoring but to actually finish him doesn't take too long (plus it was just a quicky this time as I am growing out parts of his legs and such)
