Ah Oh We have a problem, help!

I had said that I would not reply her again but.... O.K. First of all I don't want to have problems here with anyone of you. I came here for friends. I will try to address the questions I can remember. FIRST - Whomever it was that made the comment about pulling out the disabled card...

Ah Oh We have a problem, help!

This is my last reply to this post. In my opinion some of you are attacking me without fully knowing the circumstances. First- I isn't that I don't want to be outside, I live in the Pacific Northwest and it has turned much cooler here now. I have major joint and muscle problems and below...

    New puppy in the house

This is what worked for us We just got Sassy 3 weeks ago, a very tiny teacup poodle. She had never been crated, so I have a fairly large night table by my bed, when I say large, it is big enough for her crate. I put her about 8-10 inches from my face when I lay down. She can hear me...

I'm ready. Just need the pup!

Sometimes they more or less give you clues You could wait until you get her for the name. Actions, attitude, playfulness and any number of things can just give you a clue as to what to name them. In the case of our new toy poodle, we couldn't agree on a name. We got her home and 3 days...

Someone mentioned dogs getting parvo even with their shots!

I saw this mentioned someplace on this section. Why is that? Don't the shots prevent it? That is really scarey. And while I am asking, I have always been told and read that puppies need 3 puppy shots. Lately I am seeing people say they need 4. What is your thoughts on this? It...

Does my puppy sleep too much?

My new puppy I got my puppy at 11 weeks and she does the same thing yet at 14 weeks. She does take intervals of play for maybe half hour periods, then either wants to lie in her crate or if I am at the t.v. she wants in my lap since she seems to like me rocking her like a baby. She gets...

Ah Oh We have a problem, help!

In the event you come back to read my reply I have reread every word I wrote and I do not feel that I was either rude or defensive. Now I may be a little defensive over your second paragraph below in your quote. I think that was uncalled for. I have no idea what size dogs you have worked...

Ah Oh We have a problem, help!

You surely did not read my reply on page one I did answer those questions at the post on page one. We are both home all the time. Go read my reply there. She gets tons on attention and stimulation. We are two middle aged disabled adults who spend most all of our time with her.

Question on cleaning the hair out of poodle pups ears

No In tiny dogs with ears that long if you don't get the hair out they tend to get ear infections from not getting enough air in there. That is a true fact.

Question on cleaning the hair out of poodle pups ears

Yes Yes, I know you can use your fingers but I have always found you get too hold of too much hair and it hurts. You have to be able to get her to settle to this before you use anything. My she is a little package of dynamite when it comes to looking in there.

Question on cleaning the hair out of poodle pups ears

:confused:I have a very tiny toy poodle, when I say tiny, she is 14 weeks and about 1 1/2 pounds. The breeder had groomed her when we got her and she is no problem to clip. I have already clipped her again twice. But those ears, oh my she had not cleaned the hair out of her ears and they...

    Another Newbie Here!

As far as treating her like a china cup Well we are careful with her as that because she is very fragile, but not when it comes to potty training...no we don't have accidents and ignore them in my house. She is now 14 weeks and has "got it" as far as going out. She does tell us by raising...

Ah Oh We have a problem, help!

O.K. here you go, my reply First of all at 1 1/2 pounds a tiny toy poodle will eat one or two bites of dry food at a time, they are nibblers, I have had more then one in my lifetime. I guess you would really consider her a tea cup poodle. You have to let them free feed since you obviously...
