I think there are some other Borderstaffy threads that I've posted about my BS. I did want to extend an offer to meet my BS since we both live in Oakland! She has just started competing in USDAA agility (We train with Sharon at Frielance) and she'll be debuting in flyball next month...

If anyone is interested, there's a repeat of my BorderStaffy's breeding due this month. Corrie/ Kimber from Tempest in Arizona.

The AKC and UKC standards are 14-16" tall for SBTs. For BCs it gets complicated b/c of the whole ABCA/AKC split but **** some folks are breeding tiny little BCs. Because if you see one in USDAA 18s - they had to wicket under 17.5 inches tall.

One of the hard things to deal with is how hard it can be to find out about BS litter, especially if you don't have a ton of flyball playing friends. Because for the most part, it's just one breeder that has a number of litters every year and has an active website. Everyone else is having...

Well…it depends. It really depends on the parents and, to some extent, the grandparents. The ones I have spent time with do have terrier spunkiness. I haven’t seen the bad side of the BC come out as much in the BorderJacks. They tend to be tough little cookies, not hothouse violets...

I also know a ton of purpose bred mixes including borderjacks and borderwhippets.

Too much. But I did just get a complement on my shoes the other day. I probably paid $225 for them like 10 years ago. So I figure they are $22.50 per year, right?
