torn foot pad. advice?

My dog sliced a foot pad while playing (on the forearm).

I cleaned it with Betadine and sprayed it with an antibiotic but didn't bandage it because it's on a bend. I am hoping to get her in to see the vet this afternoon.

My question is, will the part of the pad that ripped off grow back? Also, how long should I keep her from running/playing?

If its a bad rip, the most the vet will do is glue it back together and then bandage the foot.

Good job on cleaning it right away with the betadine.

The pad will eventually grow in, but it will take some time.

It looks better but I will keep her off of it for awhile longer.
