A few years ago it was another shark movie........Deep Blue Sea with LL Cool J..........*shudders* SHARKS!
Yeah.. this one creeped me out.... my friends who watched it with me, though couldn't sleep for nights. I don't really understand how the sharks could get you in your home that is hundreds of miles away from the ocean and many feet above sea level.. but hey, whatever. It's the movies that take place in scenes like your own home that really get me...

There was this one movie, and I doubt it's REALLY scary..... I watched it several times when I was little, and I think it's a Disney movie--they played it on the Disney channel, at least. I'm pretty sure it's called the Boogeyman... but every single time I see hands with claw-like things on the end of them, I shudder and have flashbacks from that movie. Parents should NOT let their children watch TV alone in the house right before Halloween. I was scared of old people with long, clawlike hands for years because it reminded me of it.

Very, very few movies actually scare me. There was this indy film my friend and I were watching called "Ghost Watcher". The first half of that movie was really freaky; my friend actually screamed and I had to pause the movie for a second for her to regroup. And we watch horror movies ALL the time. Of course, the second half of the movie was stupid so the effect was ruined.

Stigmata I found very disturbing. The Exorcist scared me. After that movie, I never wanted to watch movies that had to do with Satan ever again. :yikes: I haven't even watched the Omen (the original or the remake).

Chucky & Freddie did it for me as a kid. I was so scared, I'd almost have to have a running start to leap on the bed becuase I just knew Chucky was under my bed.

Amityville Horror... I forgot which one. But it's about that kid who lived in the basement and shot the rest of his family and then another family moved in and didn't tell the kids that a family died in there.

OH, and all the japanese horror movies I've seen... The scariest thing I've ever seen is Kaidan Shinmimi Bukuro... link below. Beware of the disturbing pictures.

One Missed Call was sort of scary too.

The Green Mile is one of my most favoritest movies ever - although I don't think it's scary...

Movies that freaked me out:

Panic Room with Jodie Foster (the reality of home invasion)
The Breed with Michelle Rodriguez (all those dogs creeped me out - and the ending! AWFUL!)

A couple others...can't think of them all right now...

Scary movies don't scare me. I LOVE them! I am a big horror movie freak.

I recently saw 30 days of night, great movie! Very gory. And Saw 4 was pretty gory too..but I liked it. I LOVE zombie movies! (Resident Evil, the 4th was a good one!). And 28 days later.

I REALLY want to see "I Am LEGEND" I read the book..and I can't wait til it comes out in theaters.

AHH! Panic Room! My favorite actor's in that one! :p (The guy who got his arm burned and got shot in the head.) I didn't really like that movie though.

Ooo, I really wanted to see 30 Days Of Night. And was Saw 4 better than the 2nd one? And what are you talking about, there's no RE 4 yet! :D

I wouldn't consider any of those horror movies though... more like action/gore.

LOL The Breed... it was.... ok. Not scary, until the dog flew thru the window! haha

Yes, Chucky would hide under the bed/sofa and slice the ankles. Skeerry!!!

Dawn of the Dead is not scary, but def. a good one. The mall is where I'd wanna be, equipt with LOTS of guns if infection took over.

I must be a simpleton or something, but the fast motion filming they do of certain characters can terrify me.

I thought 30 Days of Night was horrifying. But that's because of the way the vampires looked and how fast they moved, and the fact that you couldn't kill them the typical way. But I LOVED this movie and I WILL be owning a copy.

The new Dawn of the Dead, again, the way it was filmed scared me.
Typical zombies? No way. You can flick them in the head and kill them. But these new and improved ones? YIKES. You practically need to cut off their entire heads!
