Thought I post a few pictures of some of my clients. I wish I'd remember to bring my camera in the salon more often, I keep forgetting it. I need to keep one in the shop permanently is what I need to do. Also I keep forgetting to take a before picture. I guess I'm just too eager to start my day.

This is a sable color cocker that comes in quite often. She's such a sweetie, probably one of my best dogs. She's the first sable colored cocker I've met, such a pretty color.

Here she is again, checking out her old fur that's in the garbage. lol

A mini schnauzer. Pictures kind of blurry.

Sweet little Springer Spaniel. He got shaved that day, he's normally in a Springer pet clip.

A few more to come.......

Two Glen of Imaal Terriers. They're getting on with age but still have that terrier zing in them.

An Welsh Terrier.

And me being goofy with Kassie in the tub. Doesn't she look pleased!? LOL

I want to start accumulating pictures for a grooming album, I just need to remember to take pictures. It's so sad, most of my clients are Shih Tzus and Lhasas and I don't have any pictures of them.

I'm SOOO glad to see that you actually give the dogs STYLES! lol

I can stand it when people just sheer their dogs off!

They look good :)

Thank you, and I love being able to style a dog. I love it when a client tells me to do what I think would look best. It's like paint on a canvas! LOL

Though this time of year, with summer coming, I normally get dogs who needs to be shaved or clients requesting them to be shaved. Like the standard poodle I had last week, he needed to be shaved. I still had fun with clipping him so he didn't resemble a poodle. lol

Thank you!
I've been very fortunate until now with my clients. Most of them are the sweetest dogs to groom. I only have about 2 that would love to chew off my hand if they could. LOL The rest are extremely well behaved.

If Kassie could shoot me with her eyes I thinks I'd be a goner a long time ago. ROFL!

:lol-sign: Kassie!

We are in the process of doing the grooming album! We mostly do lhasa's poodles and shih-tzu's and yorkies. Most of them are just shaved off I too! :(

Great pictures giny! I want to sent my poodle to you! I've not been very good about keeping up on his coat the last 2 months and now have my work cut out for me. Kassies eyes look great... what do you find works best for tear stains?

otch1, I know how you feel. I feel like we suffer the cobbler syndrome with my trio also. When I get busy at the shop they don't always look their best.

Kassie's eye stain comes and goes depending on the time of year. She can go all winter with beautiful clear eyes then as soon as spring shows up they stain within a day. The vet thinks it's maybe cause due to allergies but the tear duct also gets clogged so a quick eye flush from the vets clears up the staining problem quite well.

Adding to my list.

Shih Tzu, such a sweet girl! Owners love the tail left long, I kind of like it too.

I had to include this one even though it's not a good face picture of her. I laughed when I saw the picture of her sister in the background. She knows when her sister's all done and wants out of her crate. I normally let dogs walk around the shop, I don't get walk ins. For her though, due to the fact that her eyesight is poor I need to crate her while grooming her sister or else she's bumping into things and I'm afraid she'll get hurt.

But she knows as soon as her sister's done she's got the run of the place.

You do such a NICE job on those dogs! I shave Benji (my little terrier), but I don't really give him a certain style except to leave his head and tail longer than the body. Its hard to do him though since he bites and thrashes for his feet & face; we're working on teaching him to behave. :/

Wow, the Shih Tzu's are beautiful. My neighbor has one of the ugliest ones I've ever seen. She does his own "grooming" and ruins him. Good thing he is sweet enough to make up for it.
