No it was the trail mix. No choco. But she chucked it up so I imagine there's not much left inside to hurt her. The dog is such a food wh*re, really.

I might be concerned about the almonds...you might call your vet and see if they recommend anything for her. Sawyer ate some almond coffee biscotti one day and I had to call my vet and they said he should be ok because it was just flavoring, but actual almonds...

Ok almonds. I read somewhere about rasins too. The thing is, the raisins in this bar amount to fly specks. Same goes for almonds. Way down on list. I'm sure she didn't get a whole almond out of it. But do you still think I should call the vet?

Good to know. I knew about raisins. There's an email going around that it doesn't take too many in one helping to seriously harm a dog with raisins.

Shiva stole - and devoured - an entire bag of expensive raisins from an assortment of exotic grapes I'd bought once. An 8 oz., $5.00 bag of raisins.

And then there was the time she ate an entire bag of Oreos . . . .

Perfect Tosca isn't a food w***e . . . She's just an amateur, lol!

OMG.. was Shiva okay?
My grandparents dog as a kid ate an entire box of fudge.. There were the individual wrappers all of the house.. Durdles did live..

The email I saw was apparently from a vet, first case of raisin toxicity he'd seen, I've never given grapes or raisins, but it sketched me out some.

Holy Cow. I'm covering Tosca's eyes here so she doesn't get ideas. The thing is, counter surfing aside (MY fault), I am glad she is so food driven. I mean, the dog will do anything for a piece of anything.

Kashi? That stuff is cardboard! :)

I thought Cliff bars were amazing until I stole a bite of my girlfriend's "Nutz over Chocolate" Luna Bar. It was incredible. A couple of weeks ago I was buying some Cliff bars and I decided to grab a Luna bar for myself...so I hid it at the bottom of the bag because I was embarrased to be buying "The whole nutrition bar for women"!

Sorry, that didn't contribute to helping Tosca...other than the fact that she might get something that tastes better next time.

I ADORE the Luna Nutz Over Chocolate. The S'Mores, Dulce and Sweet Life are pretty good too, though the Sweet Life is really hard to find anymore.

I like Kashi cereal; haven't tried the bars much. Oh wait, I had a couple of the chocolate cherry....those were good.
