I am the CAT rescuer not the dog rescuer around here but I find myself with yet another dog who needs a home. A 4 year old male Llhasa Apso. He is blind in one eye apparently. I found a post on craigslist and the lady seemed kind of clueless about animal welfare and wanted him gone immediately due to marking around her house. But I just called her and she has 2 cats too, one which is prego and I am taking them both tomorrow to a sanctuary I go to in PA. I asked her if she would like me to get her a low cost certificate to neuter the dog so she can keep him and she said yes so I am going to look into that. Hell I will even drive the dog to the vet for her.
