Wait, you've had strange cats get into your home through an open window and mess with your stuff?? Wow.
My mum once was sitting in the living room late at night and so a cat out of the corner of her eye quickly walked across the doorway to the dining room. She tells me it felt like the most bizarre thing in the world because she knew that the cat wasn't ours but wasn't sure if she imagined it
The cat was a lost cat that had been living in our basement unbeknownst to us, and when the basement door was left open she came up for some food.
My mum has nightmares where her house just gradually becomes full of cats. She'll open the door to the put one out and three more will come inside. She just gets overrun with cats that aren't hers. Pretty nightmarish.

Put a camera in your bedroom for a month or more and see if you're a sleepwalker. Sleepwalking with scissors sounds a little hazardous. lol Were you tired yesterday? Could you have moved it and been too drowsy to remember?
I keep thinking someone could have snuck in your place possibly a theif but why would they move scissors and a hammer.

If it was an earthquake and it fell off the cabinet and bounced 2-3 feet away wouldn't it have left a mark on the ground?
This is bugging me so bad. I told my family and they all said Mia too. But I just don't think she could have.
